When we should
wash our hair? It depends on these factors.

· Generally, it is suggested to wash hair on daily
basis but just once a day. If your scalp is oily then wash your hair once a day. But if you

your hair is drier then wash your hair twice a day and avoid overuse of
shampoo.
Oil the roots of your hair
· Almond, coconut, castor, argan, and jojoba, are the best natural oil.
You can apply these oil directly to skin and hair. Oiling and massaging before
shampoo relax your muscles, improve the blood circulation of the scalp, repair
split ends, give shine and nourish the hair.
Use chemical-free shampoos
· Several factors affect your hair, but unluckily
we do have not enough control over these factors. To overcome this you just
need to choose a chemical-free shampoo that makes your hair healthy and strong.
· Buy sulfate-free shampoo. This chemical is used
as a cleansing agent that helps in removing oil and dirt from your hair. This
chemical may cause skin irritation, make your hair dry over some time and also
